1 Dog Killed, 10 'Emaciated' Dogs Found At Delco Home: Report

Police said the home's porch was covered in urine and feces.

UPPER DARBY, PA — A Delaware County man has been arrested after police said they found 10 dogs living in abhorrent conditions in his home, according to a news report and authorities.

Brian Sealey, 48, of Upper Darby, has been charged with animal neglect and related counts.

6ABC reports that the porch where the animals lived was soaked with urine and feces, and that the dogs were severely emaciated.

Police originally responded to a report of a dead dog at the home.

Sealey said the dead dog had been attacked by the other dogs, according to the report.

The animals were taken to the Pennsylvania SPCA for treatment and care.
