HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Details of recent crimes in Haverford Township have been shared by local police.
These incidents happened between Dec. 4 and Dec. 9.
The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

- Theft at the unit block of West Hillcrest Avenue on Dec. 4 at 10:52 a.m. – The victim reported he put his garbage cans out on trash day and when he returned to them, the cans were gone, but the trash bags were still there.
- Fraud at the 500 block of Wales Road on Dec. 4 at 10:26 a.m. – An unauthorized purchase was discovered on the victim’s debit card.
- Theft at the 300 block of Spring Road on Dec. 4 at 11:03 a.m. – License plate was stolen from a vehicle.
- Theft at the 2100 block of Bryn Mawr Place on Dec. 5 at 1:24 p.m. – A five-foot-long Master Lock chain valued at $50 was stolen.
- Theft at the 1000 block of Crest Road on Dec. 5 at 2:42 p.m. – The victim reported five pieces of jewelry missing during a move.
- Identity Theft at the 2600 block of Chestnut Avenue on Dec. 5 at 8:12 p.m.– The victim reported that someone used her identity to attempt to take out a loan.
- Fraud at the 1400 block of Windsor Park Lane on Dec. 8 at 11:23 a.m. – The victim received a phone call from a person claiming to be from the Santander Bank fraud department. The caller asked for her password and security questions and was then transferred to another extension. After the call, the victim discovered that $2,500 had been removed from her account.
- Theft at the unit block of Dartmouth Lane on Dec. 9 at 4:50 p.m. – The victim reported that a Rolex watch was stolen from her residence.
- Counterfeiting at C & M, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on Dec. 9 at 6:45 p.m. – The owner reported that an unknown male passed a counterfeit $100 bill to make a $27.99 purchase.
- Theft at the unit block of Colonial Drive on Dec. 9 at 3:55 p.m. – The victim reported that Apple air pods were stolen after they were delivered

- 9-year-old male, 900 block of Cobbs Street, Drexel Hill. Charges: Fleeing to elude police, resisting arrest, recklessly endangering another person, receiving stolen property, retail theft, careless driving, driving the wrong way, suspended registration and no insurance. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Dec. 4 at 2:04 p.m.
- 28-year-old male, 400 block of Campbell Avenue, Havertown. Charges: DUI, reckless driving and careless driving. Location: 1800 block of Lawrence Road. Date: Dec. 6 at 1:33 a.m.
- 52-year-old male, 2300 block of West Chester Pike, Broomall. Charges: DUI. Location: Eagle Road and Saint Denis Lane. Date: Dec. 7 at 11:36 p.m.
- 54-year-old male, 3700 block of Gratz Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Warrant. Location: West Chester and Old West Chester Pike. Date: Dec. 7 at 11 a.m.
- 18-year-old male, 1500 block of Muhlenburg Drive, Blue Bell. Charges: Receiving stolen property and driving without a license. Location: West Chester Pike and Glendale Road.
- 22-year-old male, 6500 block of Belmar Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Dec. 9 at 12:44 p.m.
