$1M-Winning Raffle Ticket Sold In Delco

One of four $1 million-winning New Year's Millionaire Raffle tickets was sold at a beverage store in Delaware County, officials said.

HAVERTOWN, PA — The Pennsylvania Lottery announced a raffle ticket sold in Delaware County recently won $1 million.

Officials said the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle drawing on Saturday featured four winners, all earning $1 million prizes

In Delaware County, it was Manoa Beverage at 1111 West Chester Pike in Havertown that sold one of the winning tickets. That ticket was numbered 00119100.

The $1 million top prize must be claimed by presenting a winning ticket at any Pennsylvania Lottery Area Office. All Pennsylvania Lottery Area Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Appointments are recommended. Learn how to make an appointment online here or by calling 1-800-692-7481.

Manoa Beverage will earn a $5,000 selling bonus, officials said.

Other $1 million winning tickets were sold in Luzerne, Westmoreland, and Lycoming counties.

A total of 6,000 winning numbers were randomly selected from a range of 500,000 tickets that were sold between Nov. 4, 2025, and Dec. 30, 2025, when tickets sold out.

Prizes must be claimed, and tickets validated, before winners can be identified. Millionaire Raffle winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. Players should immediately sign their winning tickets.
