Arrests Made in Slaying of Havertown Native
Two of the five face first-degree murder charges.
Police have arrested five people involved in last month's robbery of a Chester Rite Aid store that ended with the shooting death of manager Jason McClay, a former Havertown resident.
One of those taken into custody was a Rite Aid employee whose job was to prevent thefts, reports Philly.com.
"It's not going to bring my son back, but I'm happy they were arrested," McClay's mother Margie Reiley is quoted as saying.

On his Legacy.com page, McClay was described as a U.S. Navy Veteran and "an outstanding American" and "a dear friend."
He was a 1992 graduate of Haverford High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Kitty Hawk, according to his obituary.
