Burglary, DUI, Theft, More: Haverford Crime Blotter

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Haverford Police released details on recent crimes in the township.

These incidents occurred between May 21 and May 27.

Incidents

• Burglary at Everest Medical Group, 1000 block of West Chester Pike, on May 21 at 9:38 a.m. – Entry was gained through a rear door. Paperwork and approximately $200 was stolen.
• Theft at the unit block of Fulmer Avenue on May 21 at 8:24 a.m. – Vehicle was entered, $15 and $300 worth of gift cards was stolen.
• Public Drunkenness at the Quadrangle, 3300 block of Darby Road, on May 22 at 12:04 a.m. – 21-year-old male, 700 block of Amherst Circle, Newtown Square was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. 19-year-old male 200 block of Windermere Avenue, Wayne was cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness. 19-year-old male 700 block of Amherst Circle, Newtown Square was cited for underage drinking, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and carrying false identification.
• Retail Theft at Wawa, 1000 block of Darby Road, on May 22 at 3:54 a.m. – Four unknown males stole approximately $50 worth of merchandise.
• Retail Theft at Lowe’s, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on May 22 at 9:27 a.m. – An unknown male stole $138.75 worth of merchandise.
• Retail Theft at Rite Aid, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on May 23 at 11:47 a.m. – An unknown female stole $219 worth of merchandise.
• Theft at the 500 block of Kenmore Road on May 23 at 1:22 p.m. – A registration plate was stolen from a vehicle.
• Retail Theft at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on May 23 at 10 a.m. – An unknown male stole $144.87 worth of merchandise.
• Retail Theft at Rite Aid, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on May 24 at 10:14 a.m. – An
• unknown male stole approximately $15 worth of over-the-counter medication.
• Theft at the YMCA, 800 block of N. Eagle Road, on May 25 at 10:12 a.m. – The victim reported that her coat containing her car keys was stolen from a hook outside of the fitness classroom.
• Disorderly Conduct at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on May 26 at 5:53 p.m. – 29-year-old male, 7500 block of Brentwood Road, Philadelphia, was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment.
• Retail Theft at Rite Aid, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on May 27 at 7:11 p.m. – An unknown male stole $372.93 worth of merchandise

Arrests

• 25-year-old male, 1900 block of W. Spruce Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Institutional vandalism. Location: 1000 block of Darby Road. Date: May 21 at 6:50 a.m.
• 39-year-old male, 500 block of Darby Road, Havertown. Charges: DUI, careless driving and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle. Location: unit block of E. Mercer Avenue. Date: May 21 at 9:40 p.m.
• 39-year-old male, 700 block of Lorraine Street, Ardmore. Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and unregistered vehicle. Location: 700 block of Lorraine Street. Date: May 22 at 6:38 p.m.
• 19-year-old male, 800 block of N. 46th Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Forgery, identity theft, access device counterfeit, theft by unlawful taking and possessing an instrument of crime. Location: TD Bank, 100 block of W. Eagle Road. Date: May 23 at 6:03 p.m.
