The graphic video, which has spread wildly around the Internet in various shapes and forms, shows a woman police say is Solometo get out at the intersection while another vehicle, stopped behind her, honks at her.
Police said Solometo thought the driver was following her following a road rage confrontation earlier.
The video then shows her striding up to the front of the other vehicle and quickly defecating a large amount of feces on the hood. Shen then strides back to her car as cries of disbelief are heard in the video.
"Stop driving while emotional," Prospect Park Police Chief Dave Madonna shared in a video response on Instagram. "Compose yourself before get behind the wheel. You’re going to encounter aggressive and terrible drivers. Take a deep breath and move on with your day."
Solometo will appear for her formal arraignment on July 9 and is free after posting 10 percent of $10,000 bail, court records show.
