Downed Trees & Wires Close Haverford Roads, 100s Without Power Still
As of Tuesday morning, nearly 1,000 PECO customers in Haverford Township are without power, according to the utility company.
HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Downed trees and wires have closed roads in Haverford Township as crews work to address damage from Monday's storm.
According to Haverford Township Police, road closures in effect on the 100 block of Brookline and Darby roads between Eagle and Colfax roads.
"Safety is our top priority, so please plan alternate routes accordingly," police said.

As of 9:10 a.m. Tuesday, PECO data shows 988 customers in the township are still without power.
Delaware County overall has 7,582 PECO customers without power Tuesday morning, according to the utility company.

Outage numbers are fluctuating as crews respond to the numerous issues caused by the storm.
There is no word on when the roads will reopen or power will be restored.
