DUI, Counterfeiting, Fraud, More: Haverford Crime Blotter

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township released their latest crime blotter Friday.
Incidents in the blotter occurred between Jan. 22 and Jan. 28.

Incidents
- Criminal Mischief at Haverford Middle School, 1700 block of Darby Road, on Jan. 22 at 10:02 a.m. – Two students were observed removing cell phones from school bags and damaging them.
- Identity Theft at the 100 block of Upland Road on Jan. 22 at 10:59 a.m. – Victim reported that someone used his identity to apply for a CashApp account.
- Fraud at the 200 block of Hastings Avenue on Jan. 23 at 7:01 p.m. – Victim reported that an unknown actor used his identity to report income from "Cashapp" to the IRS.
- Theft at the YMCA, 800 block of N. Eagle Road, on Jan. 23 at 3:19 p.m. – A wallet was stolen from a backpack in the pool area. Unauthorized purchases were made with one of the credit cards that were stolen.
- Fraud at the 200 block of Pickwick Road on Jan. 24 at 12:16 p.m. – Victim reported that an unknown actor used her identity to file for a tax return.
- Theft at the 100 block of Columbus Avenue on Jan. 25 at 12:27 a.m. – A cell phone was stolen after it was delivered.
- Public Drunkenness at the 200 block of Glendale Road on Jan. 26 at 3:18 a.m. – 44-year-old male, 200 block of Glendale Road was cited for public drunkenness, harassment and disorderly conduct.
- Fraud at Amada Senior Care, 600 block of Darby Road, on Jan. 27 at 3:08 p.m. – The manager reported that an employee provided fraudulent identification to obtain employment.
- Counterfeiting at Norman’s Hallmark, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on Jan. 28 at 11 a.m. – An employee reported that an unknown male attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill.
- Retail Theft at Acme, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on Jan. 28 at 9:07 p.m. – An unknown male stole $159.95 worth of merchandise.

- 30-year-old male, 1200 block of Belfield Avenue, Drexel Hill. Charges: DUI. Location: Township Line Road and Drexel Avenue. Date: Jan. 18 at 7:31 p.m.
