The AG's Office claims Fusto posed as a girl on social media to obtain nude photographs of a minor.

He then exploited the victim, threatening to publicize the nude photos if the minor did not send more photos, according to authorities.

The victim was reportedly a 14-year-old boy, and the communications took place on Instagram, authorities said.
