Haverford Township Road Closing Through Late October: PennDOT
PECO utility work will close a Haverford Township road on weekdays through late October, forcing drivers to be detoured, PennDOT said.

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Coopertown Road in Haverford Township will be closed for months due to PECO work, PennDOT said.
The road will close from Aug. 11 through Oct. 31.
PECO crews will be doing utility work, forcing the road to close between College Avenue and Blakely Road, according to PennDOT.

Coopertown Road will be closed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Coopertown Road, Darby Road, and College Avenue.

Local access will be maintained.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
