Missing Havertown Man Found

Eugene Wallace had been missing for more than a week, according to police.

Police have cancelled a missing person alert issued earlier Friday, saying that Eugene Patrick Wallace, of Havertown, has been found.

The 61-year-old Haverford Township man had been missing for more than a week, police announced Friday afternoon.

Police have not yet said where or how the man was located.

The Haverford Township Police Department had released a picture of Eugene Patrick Wallace with the following statement to media:

The Haverford Township Police Department is investigating a missing and endangered person by the name of Eugene Patrick Wallace, of the unit block of Rodmor Road, Havertown, PA.

Eugene Wallace is a white male, 61 years of age, 5’11” and 165 lbs. He has a mustache and wears glasses. He has tattoos on both arms. On one arm the tattoo has the name “Matthew” and on the other has the numbers “2-21-75”.

He was last seen in the early afternoon of Wednesday, March 20, 2013 in the area of Craig’s Tavern, 3110 Township Line Rd, Drexel Hill, PA, wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans.

Eugene Wallace suffers from mental health issues and does not have his medication.
