Havertown Woman Goes Viral After Eagles Game Call Sunday

Havertown's Mary Kate Mink was not happy about a roughing the passer call against the Eagles, and she inadvertently let the world know it.

If Mary Kate Fink were wearing a mask like this fan when the Eagles played the Denver Broncos on Nov. 14, the world would not know her true Eagles fandom.

After she was broadcast to thousands of homes, then to social media feeds across the nation, Fink's phone starting buzzing like crazy.

"All of the sudden my phone was vibrating, and my husband goes, 'I have 85 text messages,'" she told the Inquirer. "Everyone was like, ‘MK, you’re trending on Twitter’ and this and that."

Mink's moment has led notable Eagles personalities such as podcast host Marc Farzetta and SportsRadio 94WIP host Rob Ellis to give her some new monikers.

She went on 94WIP Monday morning to talk about the Birds and her fandom.

Check out her interview here, which starts at about the 34 minute mark into the show.

But it all boils down to this quote she gave the Inquirer:

"I was just saying it was a bad call, and it was a bad call. I was just being a Philly fan."
