Teen Charged With Murder In Slaying Of Fellow Delco Boy
Michael Nixon, 17, of Upper Darby, is charged with first- and third-degree murder, criminal homicide, and a firearm violation.

UPPER DARBY, PA — Authorities in Delaware County identified the teenage boy accused of fatally shooting another boy over the weekend.
Michael Nixon, 17, of Upper Darby, was charged Tuesday with first- and third-degree murder, criminal homicide, and a firearm violation.
The charges stem from a shooting at about 2:58 p.m. Sunday in Upper Darby.

Killed was 16-year-old Khalief Webster.
Upper Darby Police said Webster and Nixon got into an argument, and at some point Nixon shot Webster in the lower back.

Nixon turned himself in to police Tuesday.
He is being held without bail and is scheduled for a June 6 preliminary hearing, court records show.
