Unlocked Cars Ripe for the Picking

Haverford Township Police report a number of thefts from unlocked cars last week.

In the 2200 block of Olcott Avenue on September 29 around 5 p.m. a GPS was reported stolen.  

In the 2300 block of Avon Road on  September 29 around 6 p.m. two GPSes were reported stolen.

In the 2200 block of Olcott Avenue on September 29 around 8 a.m. a GPS and loose change were reported stolen.

In the 2200 block of Avon Road on September 29 around 10 a.m. three unlocked cars were entered, and an iPod, loose change and sunglasses were reported stolen.

In the 2100 block of Haverford Road on September 29 around 9:30 a.m. loose change was reported stolen.

In the unit block of Wickam Road on September 29 around 10:30 a.m. a GPS and a Fitness Club membership were reported stolen.

In the 700 block of Homestead Avenue on September 29 around 11 a.m. two unlocked cars were entered, and loose change was reported stolen.

In the 700 block of Homestead Avenue on September 29 around 11:30 a.m. three CDs and loose change were reported stolen.
