Vegan Popsicles, 'Victory Cakes' and More at Oakmont Farmers Market This Week

The Oakmont Farmers Market will be open on Wednesday, July 10.

The market is open from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Grace Chapel Parking Lot, 1 W. Eagle Road in Havertown.

The farmers market has provided a list of vendors that will be at the market this week and what they will be offering shoppers. 

AMAZING ACRES 

Lynne will have an assortment of fresh and fresh-aged goat cheese for sale and sampling. Pesto Fromagina is back for a limited time. It 's great on pasta, pizza and chicken sandwiches! Email cheese@amazingacresgoatdairy.com with any special requests for this week.

BLUEBERRY HILL FARM

Peg will have large onions, zucchini, cucumbers, red beets, carrots, tomatoes, Swiss chard, kale, cabbage, potatoes, corn, blueberries, red and black raspberries. Of course, there are always the dog treats too! 

ECLAT CHOCOLATE

FRUITWOOD ORCHARDS HONEY FARM 

This week Mike will have artichokes, corn, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, peaches, sour cherries, blueberries. As always, he will have his local honey, honey spreads, bee pollen, and apple butter. 

GOLDEN VALLEY FARMS

GREAT HARVEST BREAD 

Darren is back at the market this week with a selection of his delicious baked goods and breads.

IRONSTONE CREAMERY 

Kim will be at the market with her artisan Greek yogurt and yogurt smoothies. Greek Yogurt flavors: strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and plain Yogurt Smoothie flavors: strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and vanilla

LINDENHOF FARM 

This week Axel will have plenty of fresh, all-natural, free-range chicken and turkey. He'll also bring plenty of new beef steaks, brisket, short ribs, chops, sausages and cubes for all your grilling needs. MACDOUGALL'S IRISH VICTORY CAKES 

Deb will be back at the market with her always delicious (and sometimes boozy!) Irish Victory Cakes.

MOMPOPS 

Happily, Issa will return to the market this week with his orange coconut, and mango popsicles plus a few special surprises!  Mompops popsicles are handmade and gluten free, nut free, dairy free, soy free, and 100% vegan.

MY HOUSE COOKIES

NAUGHTY NUTTY LOVE Denise will be at the market this week with her peanut, almond and cashew butters, Buckeye bars, and PB&O's (peanut butter and oatmeal bars).

NORTH STAR ORCHARD 

Let the fruit begin! This week, Lisa will have more plums plus the first of the peaches (both white AND yellow)! She'll also have a smattering of black raspberries. For veggies: it's heirloom tomato season! Delicious in all colors: green, purple, and red. She'll also have fresh garlic, sugar snap peas, lettuce, chard, summer squash, cucumbers, carrots, and beets.

PARADOCX WINE COMPANY 

Kelly will be at the market with Paradocx's  locally crafted wines, and famous Paint Cans! Remember to bring your empty cans for a $2 credit toward your purchase this week. She will be at the market biweekly this season. 

RIDGE VALLEY FARM 

Sue will be at the market with her wonderful maple products, including syrup and granola! We'll see her monthly this season.

SCHAEFFER'S FLOWERS 

Denny will be bringing zinnias, hydrangeas, sunflowers, and large and small spring bouquets.

TASTE ARTISANAL MARKET 

Ari will be back at the market with a selection of gourmet spreads and cheese accompaniments. We will see her biweekly through the season.

VERA PASTA 

 This week Joe will have a selection of his fresh pastas, ravioli, gnocchi, and regional sauces.
