Brother Assaulted Sister, Township Police Say

Lower Saucon Township police said in a press release Sunday that they responded to a domestic dispute involving a brother and sister on May 20.

Police said they were called to a home at 1900 Skibo Road at 1:28pm, and that once on the scene, "officers observed physical injury to Stevie Newhart resulting from being hit several times by one Timothy Mihalek."

Authorities say they determined that Mihalek was the aggressor in the dispute and "did not stop until physical injury was incurred (by Newhart)."

Mihalek was arrested for harassment and simple assault, police said.

According to the press release, Mihalek and Newhart live at the same address.
