Concerned about , Lower Saucon Township councilman David Willard has encouraged residents with Internet access to sign up for the township's Email List.
The Email List provides subscribers with "timely notifications of announcements, events, cancellations and news," according to the township's website, www.lowersaucontownship.org.
Links to items such as township council meeting agendas are typically emailed to list members in advance.
Speaking at council's May 2 meeting, Willard said signing up for the email list will help township residents stay better informed about what is happening in their community.
