Man Got Upset, Kicked Woman's Car: Police
Lower Saucon Township Police say Victor Martinez, 25, of the 3700 block of Old Philadelphia Pike, became upset after his daughter's mother refused to leave the girl with him.
A Lower Saucon Township man will be cited for criminal mischief, after police say he "became agitated" and kicked his daughter's mother's vehicle following a failed child custody exchange.
In a news release, police said Victor Martinez, 25, of the 3700 block of Old Philadelphia Pike, kicked the car after the girl's mother refused to leave her with him "when she found out (Martinez) was drinking."
The vehicle suffered minor damage in the April 21 incident, police said.
