64th Annual Holiday Parade Sunday In Hatboro
The Phillie Phanatic is expected to kick off festivities Sunday for the Hatboro Holiday Parade on York Road.

HATBORO, PA —The Hatboro Chamber of Commerce will hold the 64th Annual Hatboro Holiday Parade on Sunday along York Road.
The event from 2-4 p.m. is rain or shine.
Mayor Tim Schultz stated at Monday night's Hatboro Borough Council meeting that there will be more than 60 group participants and four separate divisions with over 1,000 people strutting their stuff.

The Phillie Phanatic will kick off festivities at 1:45 p.m. Sunday.
Robert John will serve as the parade grand marshal this year. The mayor said that John is representing Scout Troop #3, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary of service in the borough.

The parade will be led by local police and fire departments, council members, Hatboro-Horsham school board directors, marching bands, cheerleaders, courts of honor, dance groups, car clubs, historic groups, Boy Scouts, irl scouts, festive floats, and of course, Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
Parking will be prohibited on York Road beginning at Noon on Sunday. All parked vehicles need to be removed from the roadway by that time.
York Road will be closed to northbound and southbound traffic between County Line Road and South Warminster Road from 12:30 p.m. until the conclusion of the parade at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.
No cross-traffic will be permitted along the parade route while the closure is in effect.
"Come out and enjoy one of Hatboro’s traditions and have a safe and enjoyable holiday season," the chamber said.
