HATBORO-HORSHAM, PA — With most of the votes now tallied across Montgomery County it appears as though three Republicans and two Democrats will be joining the ranks of the Hatboro-Horsham School Board.

Montgomery County unofficial election results that were last updated on Saturday show Republican candidates Maggie Kistner, Tara Conner-Hallston and Erin Whalen winning election to the school board along with Democratic candidates Jennifer Wilson and Erin Stroup.

There were less than 100 mail-in ballots left to count across Montgomery County, so it appears that this race may now have come to a close.

The final tally for the candidates as of Saturday's unofficial results was 4,576 votes for Kistner, 4,471 votes for Conner-Hallston, 4,319 votes for Wilson, 4,278 votes for Whalen and 4,241 votes for Stroup.

Patch will bring you any additional information in the coming days if the final election results change any due to the remaining mail-in ballot count, although given that there are only 97 left to count across Montgomery County, it appears unlikely that the outcome of this specific race will change from its current conclusion.
