"Everyone in Hatboro knew Judy," the borough said. "Whether you were coming in to pay your taxes, you swam, you went to Brigantine, your kids had Coach Emig or you were involved in politics —you knew Judy. She was our beloved tax collector for 35 years. She loved her job, she loved her community and now we need to send our love back to her family during this difficult time. Thank you Judy for all you did for Hatboro. Rest in peace."
