Lacrosse Unlimited Opens In Horsham Gate Shopping Center

HORSHAM, PA — A company that bills itself as the world's largest lacrosse equipment supplier just opened its 48th location, and the storefront is located right here in this eastern Montgomery County township.

Lacrosse Unlimited officially opened its location in the Horsham Gate Shopping Center on Monday.

The business, headquartered in Edgewood, New York and founded by the DeSimone family, says it is the leading global retailer of men's and women's lacrosse equipment, apparel and footwear.

The Horsham store will be managed by Niko Amato, a professional lacrosse player who has more than six years of coaching experience at the college level.

"We're very excited to be opening the doors of another retail store here in Pennsylvania," company founder and chief executive officer Joe DeSimone said in a statement. "The close-knit lacrosse community is what makes this sport so great, and we are looking forward to expanding it into Horsham. Fans, teams, players, and coaches will love our fully stocked store, one-of-a-kind custom dyed and strung lacrosse heads, and unparalleled assortment of equipment and apparel."

The business, founded back in 1990, now operates 48 locations in 14 states across the country, according to the company.

The Horsham location will be the third retail space in Pennsylvania.

The new store is located at 100 Welsh Road, Unit L in the Horsham Gate Shopping Center.
