Family Escapes Blaze At Montgomery Township Home: Reports

Three individuals reportedly made it out safely after their house caught fire this weekend in Montgomery County.

MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA — A family is safe and reportedly uninjured after they managed to escape their burning home this weekend, according to media reports and emergency officials.

The Fire Department of Montgomery Township said they were called out to fight a residential dwelling fire Saturday evening in the township.

Fire officials said nobody was injured during the blaze.

Images on social media show flames flowing from the single-family home.

A report on 6 ABC said a family of three who lives in the home was able to flee the burning structure.

The report said the blaze broke out just after 8 p.m. Saturday at a home on Guinness Lane.

There was no immediate word on what might have caused the fire.
