Five Points Intersection Construction Will Continue Through 2025
The $14.2 million project is fully federally funded. Delays will be regular on weekdays.

MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA — Construction on the Five Points Intersection in Montgomery Township will continue through the rest of 2025, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced this week.
The $14.2 million project is widening existing lanes and adding news lanes, upgrading traffic signals, building new sidewalks, and improving stormwater drainage in the area.
The work will impact traffic on Bethlehem Pike, Horsham Road (Cowpath Road), and Doylestown Road (U.S. 202) into the future.

Lane closures and slower traffic patterns are expected from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on every weekday in the following locations:
- Route 309 between North Wales Road and McLaughlin Road
- Route 463 between Lansdale Avenue and North Wales Road
- Business U.S.202 between Bethlehem Pike and Betty’s Avenue
The project is fully funded by the federal government. Road-Con Inc. of West Chester is the general contractor.
