North Penn Girls Basketball Gets First Loss of Season Thursday

The Bucks defeated the Maidens 44-36, giving North Penn their first loss of the season.

On the road to a Suburban One League Continental Conference championship, the North Penn Maidens hit their first major bump in the road Thursday night with a loss to Central Bucks West, per The Intelligencer.
CB West defeated North Penn 44-36 in a game that saw the Maidens score only one field goal in the first quarter, per the report. By the second quarter, it was 15-3 CB West. Maidens battled back, but CB West made it 22-15 at halftime.
The Maidens are 9-1 and 5-1 in the league.
Standout North Penn players included Vicky Tumasz, Irisa Ye and Erin Maher.
