Shots Fired In Lansdale Tuesday, Investigation Underway

Police said they believe it to be a "targeted" incident.

LANSDALE, PA — Police are investigating after several shots were fired in Lansdale Tuesday in what they're calling a "targeted" act. No injuries have been reported.

The incident occurred at around 12:33 a.m. Tuesday morning on the 300 block of West Mount Vernon Street.

A vehicle was headed down the street when multiple rounds were fired in its direction, police said.

The moving vehicle was hit, as well as three parked vehicles in the area.

The target and motive of the shots remain unknown, and the investigation remains ongoing.
