Upper Salford Woman Injured in Two-Car Crash

Deidre Hightower, 25, was injured in a collision with Wendi Felice, 36, of Spring City. Both drivers complained of pain following the crash.

A Upper Salford woman was injured, but refused EMS service, in a two-car crash Jan. 11 in Upper Salford at Shelly and Old Skippack roads.
Deidre Hightower, 25, was east on Old Skippack Road at 11:59 a.m. in a 2005 Ford F-150 pickup, police said.
Wendi Felice, 36, of Spring City, was north in a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country from Schwenksville Road, and allegedly failed to yield to Hightower, police said, who was traveling on a throughway.
Hightower's car hit Felice's car on the driver's side front bumper, police said.
Felice also complained of pain in the accident. Felice had four juvenile females in her car, including one in an infant seat and another in a booster seat. At least one of the juveniles complained of pain, police said.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
