Vietnam War Memorial Replica Coming To Montgomery Township
The traveling exhibit, a scale replica of the massive memorial in Washington D.C., will come to Montgomery Township.

MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA — A massive, traveling, scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C. will visit Montgomery Township next summer, officials announced.
The Wall That Heals will be in Windlestrae Park from July 10 to July 13 of next year.
“The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund is pleased to bring The Wall That Heals mobile exhibit to Montgomery Township, Pennsylvania to allow local veterans and their family members a chance to experience The Wall,” Jim Knotts, president and CEO of Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF), said in a statement. “Hosting The Wall That Heals provides an opportunity to honor and remember all those who served and sacrificed in the Vietnam War and educate visitors on the continuing impact of the Vietnam War on America.”

The three-quarter scale replica memorial will be open 24 hours a day and will be free to the public.
It is 375 feet in length and stands 7.5 feet tall at its highest point.
