Exciting improvements are coming to parks around Lansdale.

LANSDALE, PA — York and Susquehanna Park is closed in Lansdale Wednesday as trail paving gets underway throughout the area, borough officials announced.

It's not yet clear how long the closure will last.

The playground will also be shut down during the construction work.

The work is funded by a $250,000 grant from Montgomery County's Montco 2040 project. Memorial Park and Wissahickon Park will see similar trail improvements, the borough said.

Crews will widen existing trails, build new connections, and add ADA ramps.
