2 Injured In 2-Car Crash In Bristol Township

Bristol Township Police said the crash happened early Sunday morning near the Orangewood Apartments.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — Two people were injured following a two-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in the area of Mill Creek Road and Orangewood Drive, police said.

The Bristol Township Police Department responded at 7:55 a.m. on Sunday to the crash.

Police said a 2016 Nissan Sentra was traveling east on Mill Creek Road in the westbound lane. A 2011 Hyundai Elantra was traveling west on Mill Creek Road in the westbound lane.

Police said the Nissan struck the driver’s side rear of the Hyundai near the Orangewood Apartments. The Nissan came to an uncontrolled stop, hitting a traffic signal and then a tree, police said. The Hyundai came to an uncontrolled stop in the parking lot of Orangewood Apartments.

One driver was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, and the other driver was taken to St. Mary Medical Center. Both were transported by Levittown Fairless Hills Rescue Squad.

Police were assisted at the scene by the Levittown Fire Company #2, the Edgely Fire Company, and the William Penn Fire Company.
