Bristol Coffee Shop Announces Upcoming Newtown Location
Calm Waters Coffee Roasters, located on Bristol's Mill Street, announced that they will be opening a second location in Newtown.

BRISTOL, PA — A popular Bristol coffee shop has announced that they will be opening a second location in Newtown.
Calm Waters Coffee Roasters, located at 242 Mill St., will be offering their coffee and other goods to Newtown residents come September. They will be opening their second location at 15 South State St., currently the location for The Coffee Room, which recently announced that they will be selling their Newtown location to Andrew and Jodi Dittman, owners of the Bristol coffee shop.
Margaret and Raj Kumar, who opened The Coffee Room in 2017, announced that their Newtown coffee shop will officially close on Aug. 14.

"Margaret and Raj would love to thank each and everyone who walked through our door and helped create this incredible community," a post from The Coffee Room's official Facebook page read.
Offering small-batch coffee to residents and visitors of Bristol, Calm Waters Coffee Roasters will now be setting up shop on another popular Bucks County street, becoming a new fixture among the various shops and eateries of Newtown's South State Street.

"Since 2014 we’ve worked hard to remind people to take time to appreciate the good things in life, to love their neighbors, and to grow as a community," the coffee shop said in a post on their official Facebook page.
"We are deeply honored to be given the opportunity to carry the torch for community in Newtown, and especially to be able to preserve the culture of specialty coffee that has been developed since the Coffee Room opened," the post continued. "We’re also excited to share the fruit of all our hard work over the past 7 years."
