Bristol Middle School, High School Closed Due To Staffing Issues

Snyder-Girotti Elementary School is unaffected by the issues and is having a regular in-person school day.

BRISTOL, PA — Due to ongoing staffing issues, both Bristol Middle School and Bristol High School are operating on an asynchronous/virtual basis for the school day of Friday, Jan. 14.

"Students are expected to log in to their Google Classrooms to complete all assignments, which will determine their attendance," the school district said in a statement sent out to families.

Snyder-Girotti Elementary School is unaffected by theses issues and is having a normal in-person school day.

This announcement comes after the school district, like many other districts in Bucks County, has faced an array of issues that have led to staffing shortages and closures, including several threats to the schools back in December which saw their schools close and ramp up security for the safety of students and staff.
