Bucks Co. Man Charged With Cyberstalking 3 Underage Victims
Federal authorities have charged the Hulmeville man with child sexual exploitation, cyberstalking, and related offenses.
LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A Bucks County man has been charged with cyberstalking, using numerous online names to pursue and persuade three underage victims to send him sexually explicit images, federal authorities said.
Mark Wills, 61, of Hulmeville, was charged with child sexual exploitation, cyberstalking, and related offenses for allegedly using the Internet to involve minors in sexually explicit conduct, the U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, said Friday.
If convicted, Willis faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment.

U.S. Attorney David Metcalf said Wills used numerous Internet names for his alleged crimes, including: “Lorenzo Guerra,” “Alex Harrison,” “kevthompson2009,” “18kevinmcbride,” and “leonardobrickma.”
From 2024 to this January, Willis used the Internet to persuade, induce, entice, and coerce three minors under age 18 to send him images of sexually explicit conduct, authorities said.

Federal authorities said that Wills also distributed and possessed content of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. At least one minor depicted was under age 12, authorities said.
Authorities said he sent a threat to harm one minor and their family if sexually explicit content wasn't sent to him regularly.
He tried to cause "substantial emotional distress" with his communications to the other two minors, authorities said.
Willis was charged with three counts of use and attempted use of an interstate commerce facility to entice a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct; three counts of manufacture and attempted manufacturer of child pornography; four counts of distribution, attempted distribution, and willfully causing the distribution of child pornography; one count of possession of child pornography; two counts of cyberstalking of a minor; and one count of interstate threats.
He has been in federal custody since Aug. 12 following his arrest on a criminal complaint and warrant, authorities said.
