Bucks Co. Man Convicted After Trying To Meet Underage Girl, Actually FBI Agent, For Sex
Messaging with an undercover FBI agent, he attempted to entice who he thought was an 11-year-old girl to send pornography.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A Langhorne man was convicted by a federal jury Friday of multiple child exploitation offenses after an online investigation in 2019, the Department of Justice said.
In March of 2019, 27-year-old Kyle Paine communicated online with an undercover FBI agent posing as an 11-year-old child. He believed she would meet him for sex, according to a news release, and requested that she make and send him child pornography. He sent her a sexually explicit image to entice her to do so, the release said.
Paine was charged by indictment in January of last year. He was charged with attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual conduct, attempted transfer of obscene material to a minor, and possession of child pornography.

“Not only did Kyle Paine amass images of child sexual abuse, he sought out sex with a child,” Bradley S. Benavides, acting special agent in charge of the FBI’s Philadelphia division, said. “It’s imperative for the FBI and our law enforcement partners to intercept such predators when we find them, and we’re gratified to see Mr. Paine brought to justice in this case. Protecting children is the priority here.”
The justice department said the case is part of Project Safe Childhood, a program bringing together all levels of law enforcement and the communities they serve to reduce the sexual exploitation and abuse of children.
