Cat Missing After Racquet Club Fire
The Red Paw Emergency Relief Team are on the lookout for family cat that went missing Friday night.
A family is missing one of its pet cats following Friday night's fire at the the Racquet Club Apartments & Townhomes.
The Red Paw Emergency Relief Team has asked the community to keep an eye out for the male cat, named KoVu. According to a posting on the organization's Facebook page, KoVu is neutered and very skittish. He is very good at hiding and is known to stay in a hiding space for days.
"He is also very calm and lovey towards everyone if they have slow movements," the statement says.
Traps will be set up at the apartment building either Sunday or Monday, according to a representative from Red Paw.
If you see the cat, contact the Red Paw Relief Team at redpawemergencyrelief@gmail.com.
