BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The brother of "Santa Scott" — whose Fairless Hills home was destroyed by a fire last month — is thanking the "amazing supporters" who have donated money in a show of Christmas spirit.

The Falls Township Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire at "Santa" Scott Diethorne's home on Auburn Road in Fairless Hills last month. While Diethorne and his family were not home at the time, his two dogs and a bird perished in the fire, authorities said.

A GoFundMe page was launched immediately following the fire by Diethorne's brother, Chris, to help the family recover. The GoFundMe page has raised over $139,000 of its $150,000 goal.
