Copper Scraps, Catalytic Converters Stolen: Bristol Police Log
The Bristol Township Police Department reported these incidents between Sep. 10 and Sep. 20.
BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — Police reported several thefts and arrests over the past week in Bristol Township. Read the details:
Friday, Sep. 10
11:58 a.m. — Sometime between Sep. 8 and Sep. 10, someone stole gasoline from a 2017 Ford Escape on Pennsylvania Avenue in Croydon. The estimated value is $20.
8:11 p.m. — A 56-year-old Trenton man was arrested on Mulberry Lane in Levittown on charges of arson, terroristic threats, REAP, possession of an instrument of crime, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, vandalism, trespassing, and loitering. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Peranteau. Bail was set at 10 percent of $200,000 and he was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Saturday, Sep. 11
10:37 a.m. — A 34-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested on S. Oxford Valley Road in Fairless Hills on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County. He was released to the Sheriff’s Office.
10:51 a.m. — Sometime during the last two weeks, someone ripped out the screens to windows and a screen from a French door on Washington Avenue in Croydon. The approximate value of the damage is $600.

Sunday, Sep. 12
12:21 p.m. — At approximately 12:11 p.m., someone stole an iPad on Bristol Pike in Levittown. The estimated value is $300.
12:25 p.m. — At approximately 12:20 p.m., someone stole a 2008 Toyota 4Runner on Haines Road in Levittown.
Tuesday, Sep. 14
3:11 p.m. — A 29-year-old man with no fixed address was arrested on Green Lane in Levittown on charges of aggravated assault, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and public intoxication. He was arraigned by Judge Peranteau with bail set at 10 percent of $200,000 and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility.
5:48 p.m. — Someone stole copper scraps from the front of a home on Neshaminy Road in Croydon. The estimated value is $25.
Wednesday, Sep. 15
8:07 a.m. — Sometime overnight, someone removed a catalytic converter from a 2005 Honda Element on Ford Road in Bristol. The estimated value is $300.
10:08 a.m. — Someone stole a bicycle sometime overnight on Ford Road in Bristol. The estimated value is $98.
11:50 a.m. — On S. Oxford Valley Road in Croydon, between 12 p.m. on Sep. 12 and 10:30 a.m. on Sep. 15, someone removed the catalytic converter from a 2006 Ford. The estimated value is $1,000.
Thursday, Sep. 16
7:02 a.m. — A 58-year-old Bristol man was arrested on Ford Road in Bristol on a Bench Warrant out of Delaware County and released to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.
Friday, Sep. 17
1:04 p.m. — A 33-year-old Morrisville woman was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Adult Probation. The warrant was satisfied and she was released.
Sunday, Sep. 19
10:12 a.m. — A broken township sign was found on the side of Newportville Road in Croydon.
6:38 p.m. — A 21-year-old Croydon man was arrested on Bath Road on a Local Warrant out of Bristol Township. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Armitage. Bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000 and he was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility.
8:57 p.m. — Someone removed a catalytic converter from a 2010 Honda on Newportville Road in Croydon. The estimated value is $300.
Monday, Sep. 20
11:47 a.m. — Around 4 a.m. someone stole a Honda power washer with an estimated value of $500 on Dixon Avenue.
12:30 p.m. — A 44-year-old Bristol woman was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County on Green Lane in Levittown and released to the Sheriff’s Office.
2:09 p.m. — A 57-year-old Bristol man was arrested on Beaver Dam Road on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County and released to the Sheriff’s Office.
3:07 p.m. — Sometime between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m., someone destroyed a metal mailbox on Second Avenue in Croydon. The estimated value is $50.
9:04 p.m. — Someone removed a catalytic converter from a 2008 Toyota on Joseph Place in Levittown.
