Ellis Road Trail Construction To Last A Month
PennDOT said the project in Middletown Township begins on Monday.

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that trail construction will resume on Monday on Ellis Road in Middletown Township under a local safety improvement project.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, Sept. 1, through Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a weekday lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Ellis Road between Fulling Mill Road and Woodbourne Road for paving of trail, pouring concrete foundations, and delivery of floating bridge.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
