Ex-Middletown Cop Gets Probation In Child-Porn Case
The 54-year-old will get credit for "time served" after undergoing in-patient treatment after his arrest.

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A former Middletown Township Police officer is not expected to spend any more time in jail after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography.
Brian Craig Reeves, 54, was sentenced Friday by Judge Brian McGuffin to between 88 days and 23 months in jail, followed by two years probation. A spokesman for the Bucks County District Attorney's Office confirmed it was a "time-served sentence" handed down after Reeves reportedly completed in-patient treatment after his 2019 arrest.
The remainder of his sentence will be on parole, then probation.
