Fall Festival Delayed In Bristol Township From Hurricane Ian
The festival was planned for Saturday but has now been moved to Oct. 22 due to inclement weather.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —Hurricane Ian is wrecking weekend plans.
Due to impending weather, township officials have announced that Saturday's planned Fall Festival will be moved to a new date of Oct. 22.
Announcements were posted on the township's website and by the Bristol Township Parks and Recreation.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 22, at the Bristol Township Senior Center at 2501 Bath Road in Bristol.
Hurricane Ian has slammed the southeast this week and headed for the Delaware Valley. Downpours and other impacts are possible as early as Friday, with related storms lingering into next week.

The heaviest impacts in the region appear likely to miss the Philadelphia area, as rain will be stronger to the south and the east of the Interstate 95 corridor.
Anywhere from one to four inches of rain could hit the Philly region by Oct. 3, according to AccuWeather. The National Weather Service says 1.5 inches of rain could fall by Sunday.
