Falls Township Board of Supervisors Approves Ambulance Repairs
The decision will also expand opportunities for ambulances to be bought and sold for Township needs.
FAIRLESS HILLS, PA — The Falls Township Board of Supervisors has approved the relocation of an ambulance repair facility to the township.
During their meeting on Monday night, the Board granted conditional use approval to SIV Ambulance. This will allow the company to build a 30,000-square-foot ambulance repair facility at the company's current location, which is located on North Olds Boulevard and Lincoln Highway. Once all preliminary measures are approved by Supervisors, the facility can be built.
Several conditions were added to the approval. In accordance with them, the facility cannot leave vehicle parts outside, they can only do repairs in the facility, and they will operation Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A third-party inspector will be hired to inspect the building on an annual basis.

Sergio Siv, owner of Sir Ambulance, says 85 percent of his business comes from the sales of ambulances. The new location would operate like a warehouse with a showroom.
“Our showroom is outside in the parking lot, so we want to make it as clean as possible,” Siv said.
