Fatal Crash Update: PA Turnpike Ramps, Lane Reopen In Bucks Co.
A fatal crash closed a portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bucks County Wednesday morning. Here's the latest:
BRISTOL TWP, PA — A fatal crash Wednesday morning closed a portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bucks County. The crash, which occurred on the Turnpike/I-95 connector bridge in Bristol Township, initially closed all eastbound lanes.
Around 7 a.m., one lane reopened but drivers should expect continued delays throughout the morning, turnpike officials reported.
Only the left lane was open just before 9 a.m., according to the KYW Traffic Center, though both the Route 13 and I-95 northbound ramps to the turnpike had reopened.

Action News reports it was a two-vehicle crash that occurred just after 6 a.m.

Video from the scene showed a badly damaged white car, and responders covering its driver's side with a tarp.
