FBI Arrests Bucks Co. Man After Shooting, SWAT Standoff, Warrant
When a SWAT team entered his house after a road rage incident and hours-long stakeout, no one was there. Here's what police say happened.

BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA — An FBI task force out of Philadelphia has arrested a man suspected of firing several shots at another car after an altercation. The incident on Route 13 led to a SWAT standoff outside his Bristol home in July.
Angel Cintron was arrested on the morning of Oct. 4, and was alleged to be in possession of firearms during the arrest, according to a news release from the Bristol Borough Police Department. He is being held in Philadelphia.

Police obtained an arrest warrant for Cintron in September, after he evaded capture when a SWAT standoff outside his Bristol home revealed no one inside.
The SWAT team ended up there in the first place after reports of a verbal fight at the Bristol Borough Post Office, after which a red SUV with New York license plates — which police now believe was driven by Cintron — followed the other driver onto Route 13.

Police say Cintron then fired several gunshots at the other car while traveling northbound through Bristol Township. The red SUV then turned around at Green Lane and headed south on Route 13.
Cintron fled back to his residence on Pine Street, police say, at which time officers converged on the home. They suspected Cintron had been involved based on the car description from a prior incident.
A police officer saw someone he thought was Cintron near the residence on arrival, and a bystander said Cintron had entered the home. Additional officers surrounded the residence, and their calls for him to exit the home went unanswered.
After activating the Bucks County SWAT Team and obtaining a search warrant for the home, though, authorities found no one inside.
But in a subsequent investigation, police determined Cintron had forced entry into a neighbor's home. Though the neighbor insisted that he leave, Cintron refused, and the frightened neighbor left the residence, according to police.
The neighbor did not alert authorities of Cintron's presence there until questioned later.
"It is believed Cintron remained in the residence until early morning the next day until all police assets left Pine Street," the Bristol Borough Police Department said.
Cintron is now being held in Philadelphia, and will eventually be transferred to Bucks County to face charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal trespass, and recklessly endangering another.
