Flood Watch Issued by National Weather Service

Upper and Lower Bucks County are under a flood watch as water levels are already high and storms could bring another inch of rain.

A flood watch is in effect until 2 a.m. Tuesday for Bucks County, according to the National Weather Service.

Scattered and potentially strong thunderstorms could drop an inch of rain as a warm front moves through upper and lower Bucks. The flood threat is heightened because local streams and rivers are already high.

"A warm front is forecase to lift through our region this evening followed by a cold front late tonight. Showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected. The rain will be moderate to heavy at times resulting in some flooding.
