
Due to the sometimes-heavy steady rain expected through Saturday, the National Weather Service has issued an urban and small stream flood advisory for all of Bucks County.Â
Rain caused by Tropical Storm Andrea is expected to continue through Saturday, it says.
"A flood advisory means river or stream flows are elevated or ponding of water in urban or ther areas is occurring or is imminent," the warning says.

Driving, in particular, can be hazardous when there is a lot of water on roads.Â
"Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely.
