He was charged after a video of him holding a firearm in an argument outside his business circulated widely last July.
BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA — A former Bristol Borough code enforcement inspector and the owner of local detailer Klean Kars by Kevin reached a negotiated plea for possession of a firearm Thursday.
A report from Levittown Now said Kevin G. Brannigan, 64, was sentenced to six months of probation after an incident in July 2020 — recorded and shared across social media — in which he held a Winchester shotgun in an altercation with another group of men.
A young man in the video shouted "f**k Black Lives Matter, f**k George Floyd," while an older man — who appears to be Brannigan — held the shotgun.
