Former Cop Killed in Route 13 Crash, Schuler Advances on 'The Voice'

- A retired Philadelphia police officer died of injuries from a head-on collision Tuesday afternoon on Route 13 in Tullytown, according to the Bucks County Courier Times. The name of the 80-year-old victim has not been released, but the Tullytown police chief told LevittownNow.com that the driver of a blue sedan was driving southbound in the northbound lanes and struck an SUV. The driver of the SUV was transported to St. Mary Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, according to the report.
- Matthew Schuler was quickly declared safe from Tuesday night's elimination results on NBC's The Voice. He will perform in the top 10 on Monday at 8 p.m.
- The Levittown Fairless Hills Rescue Squad will have a fundraiser Wednesday beginning at 4 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings, 2763 E.
