Gas Leak Reported On Mill Street In Bristol
PECO crews were working on fixing the leak, with firefighters at the ready on the closed portion of the street.
BRISTOL, PA — A gas leak was reported on Mill Street in Bristol on the morning of Tuesday, Jan. 11.
After being reported around 8 a.m., PECO crews came to the area of Mill and Pond St. to fix the leak, with firefighters at the ready. The part of Mill Street between Old Route 13 and Wood Street was closed for safety reasons.
While there is currently no explanation for the source of the gas leak, there has been ongoing utility work at the Mill Street Parking Lot near by; there is no indication if the two are connected.
