Gun Pointed At Man On Main Street: Tullytown Crimes
The Tullytown Borough Police Department reported its recent criminal incidents.
TULLYTOWN BOROUGH, PA — A 62-year-old borough man has been charged with making terroristic threats after he allegedly pointed a gun at a man following a verbal argument on Main Street earlier this month, police said.
The Tullytown Borough Police Department responded to Main Street at 6:55 p.m. on Sept. 15 for a report of a man with a firearm.
Police said the victim was walking down Main Street when a verbal altercation started when a man flashed a firearm, pointed it at him, and made threats to his life.

Jeffrey Collins, 62, of Tullytown, was charged with making terroristic threats, possessing instruments of crime, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person.

A 60-year-old Bensalem man is in custody after a retail theft at the Walmart at 180 Levittown Center.
Loss Prevention reported a man walking through the parking lot, pushing a cart full of unpaid merchandise.
Police said that Anatoly Pogoretsky tried to walk away from police and then physically resisted arrest when police tried to detain him in handcuffs. After a short struggle on the ground, Pogoretsky was placed into custody by an off-duty police officer.
Further investigation revealed that Pogoretsky allegedly concealed 23 unpaid items in his cart that was worth $143.25.
Pogoretsky was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and resisting arrest.
Meanwhile, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a suspended registration on Friday.
Further investigation revealed that Heather McIntyre of Levittown had an active warrant for her arrest out of Falls Township. Mclntyre was taken into custody and transported to the Falls Township Police Department.
