Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremonies In Falls, Bristol Townships

Both Levittown communities will hold separate tree-lighting events Saturday. The Levittown Fire Company will also host Santa Claus that day.

LEVITTOWN, PA —Two Lower Bucks County communities will hold holiday tree-lighting ceremonies on Saturday.

Falls Township will hold its Christmas Tree Lighting event from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Falls Township Senior Center on 282 Trenton Rd. in Fairless Hills.

The event also features a Snow Zone by Bucks Bubbles, a photo booth, a balloon artist, crafts, refreshments, and a visit with Santa Claus.

Meanwhile, the Bristol Township Parks & Recreation will hold its annual Holiday Tree Lighting ceremony from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday.

The township kicks off the holiday season with the tree lighting at the Bristol Township Amphitheater.

There will be cookies and hot cocoa, a visit with Santa, where people can have their picture taken with selfie smiles, or in a snow globe, and for children, a "winter wonderland surprise.

Special characters will be on hand for photo opts as well.

Santa Claus is also coming Saturday at the Levittown Fire Company #2 from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

There will be photo opportunities with Santa at no cost. Just bring your camera.

There will also be fire trucks on display and the Christmas tree lot will be open until 9 p.m.

The fire company is located at 6 County Way, across from the library.
